Finger & Hand Pain

Today Janet wrote: Can magnets help with pain in my fingers? My reply: Hello
Janet Obviously fingers are difficult
places to work, and just sometimes if the pain / arthritis is not acute, wearing
a powerful magnetic bracelet (north pole only) will help.
However, if
the pain is severe the best and most successful treatment is to wear the
Magnecore discs taped as close to the area of pain as you can get. This can be
difficult – knives and forks may want to stick…. But even taping them to the
back of the hand in the region where the blood and nerves run down to the
fingers, will bring considerable relief. Then, you
can of course, always just use them at bedtime. The Magnecore
Set are classed as permanent magnets and can then be used by the whole family on
the body whenever you pull or sprain a muscle, have arthritis or bruise
yourself. I hope that

Migraine and The Magneton

Today I received the following question from someone who read about The Magneton on the internet. Gloria, will The Magneton help with migraine and headaches? My reply: I have been told by many of our migraine sufferers that
The Magneton is really a great help to them. Some who suffer from cluster
headaches when they wake up in the morning, simply keep it by their bed and before
they get up, just use it for 4 to 5 minutes. Others use it to relax for 5
minutes when they have an attack. Just close your eyes and use it on level One.
Use gently slow sweeping movements around the face and over the top of the head,
about four inches away from the head (you do not need to touch your body), it
is just as effective and remember, it is the pulsed magnetic waves that are
doing the work. Not the vibration, that is actually just cosmetic we build it into the unit so customers can 'feel' something happening. And of course it does feel
nice on the larger 'softer' areas such as legs, arms, back and shoulder. I hope that helps Gloria |
EMF's (the bad) V Our Magnetic Fields (the good)

Hi guys thank you so much for the kind comments we are receiving from you. I will now try and blog, more frequently, now I understand there are really people 'out there'. Elaine, recently asked what is the difference in the magnets that are used in our wraps and products and the EMF's (electro-magnetic fields) that are not good for us. Here is the easy answer from Val, our head therapist. Hi Elaine Yes, I agree it is very confusing that two very similar energies are
reported to have very different effects. One theory is that magnet energy, being
made from natural Earth magnets are healthy to humans as we have evolved with
these frequencies. However, what we call EMF radiation, is man made and a much
higher frequency, which many reports state is damaging. Put simply, it
is possibly the frequency of the energies which appear to give the different
results. Regards Val Magnet Therapist |
How long do the magnets last?

Kerry recently wrote to me on behalf of his mother who is getting relief from our magnets from the pain in her back caused by arthritis and nerve damage. He asked "Do the magnets wear out?" His mother heard that they do. Well the answer is No! At least not the ones we use. We power our magnets up to a very high gauss rating and they will them hold this power, indefinitely. The neoprene wraps might well go before the magnets. Maybe Kerry's mother had heard of the little weenie plaster type magnets that are as big as a pin head. They do wear out after just a few days. Not the same thing at all and the penetration into the skin is no more than a 'wobble' You need to buy reliable high grade magnets to see how effective this treatment can be. Take care Gloria |
Arthrits Pain

It just gets worse in the cold weather doesn't it? The knees don't
bend and the back stiffens up. I know - as an aging, creaky old dancer,
skier and aerobics fanatic the wear and tear takes its toll. Whilst
there is nothing we can do about the degenerating bone structure, magnet
therapy can help ease the pain and keep the areas warm either with the
supporting wrap, or just with the Magnecore discs bringing extra blood
flow to the areas and getting rid of some of the toxins and debris at
the site. Also - please believe me, a five minute gentle warm up first
thing - before you go downstairs and start your day, will be so
worthwhile. Just gently, flail around in the bathroom for a few minutes, getting
the knees bending and the limbs, trunk and head and neck moving; it is
so worthwhile. Gently - that's the key word. Just to get the blood
warming in the areas. And thank you all for your kind comments Take care and enjoy the holidays. Gloria Write your post here. |

THE BACK WRAP
Why did i call it the Back Wrap? I must have been half sleep. It is sooo much more than that. It should be called the BODY Wrap or the TORSO Wrap because it does all that, and judging by your comments you guys worked it out all by yourselves. Have had comments from those of you with hip pain, shoulder pain and of course the dreaded Sciatica! I am so glad we are helping. Make sure you buy a wrap with a large enough wrap-over so you can move it from mid back to upper back to hips and over the bum-bum. Our next show on Ideal World - 2pm & 5pm Thursday 15th. That is the last I.W. until after Christmas. |

If you do need either wrap in sm/med or lg/xlg, just drop us an email and we will be more than happy to Back-Order it for you and ship around Sept 1st. Thanks for your patience and trust Take Care Gloria |

This was our first one hour show for eight years. Even though we cannot say anything of real value to the new viewers who do not fully understand magnet therapy. Bear with us. Hopefully my website can answer many of your questions, but failing that, either email me on [email protected] or c/o Ideal World, or simply Blog me. I am here to help. Take care, Gloria |
Going well on TV - even with the restrictions!

Sorry, I have been off-line for a while, I have been busy working with Ideal World for the last few weeks, trying to build a show that is worthwhile to our customers both old and new, whilst not being allowed to say anything about the results you can expect to see. It's hard, especially for someone who wants to sing the praises of this natural method of dealing with pain and looking for ways of managing it without drugs and chemicals. That and dealing with a sociopath, slightly paranoid squatter in my partners house in Italy - has kept me on my toes to say the least. This is when my mattress pad really comes into its own, trust me! |
